Returns:
We at Varnika Arora wish you love the jewel you purchase, in case there is a change of mind or you don't like the product received, please note we don't consider any refund or exchange for the same. While making a pick for the product of your choice, please double ensure and order it.

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund on any product sold. Once the products are sold they cannot be exchanged for a replacement also.

Any faults or damages found in the product must be reported at varnikaaroraofficial@gmail.com within 48hrs of receipt of order along with the photograph of the damaged product. Our team is really sorry if in case you have received a broken or damaged product. We ensure at the time of dispatch that the product is delivered to our customers in the original form thus, the damage can take place in the transit. In that case, please email us the images of the damaged product at varnikaaroraofficial@gmail.com or call us +918130275776 with complete order details.

We will review the damages and within next 24hours get in touch with you. Once the damages are confirmed will ensure to check if we have the same product available in the stock and will get exchanged it for you. In case we don't have the product our team of professionals can assist you to pick another jewel by the passion of the receiver. We will share the tracking details of your exchange order, once dispatched.

We would request you to send back the piece at the Company's registered address and the item should be returned in its original form, completely new and unused with original Varnika Arora packaging including tags and original invoices.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, due to any circumstances kindly mail us at varnikaaroraofficial@gmail.com or you can send the message on +918130275776 with your reason. Seeing at your order status we can decide the cancellation/exchange of the order. Cancellation/Exchange of order can be made within two working days (24hrs) however subject to the condition that the company has not processed your order or have been packed or shipped by the company.

Refund of full amount including taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be made. If your order has been delivered we cannot take the cancellation!

Any item purchased at the time of sale are non-refundable and they can't be exchanged as well.

Cancellation of Order by www.varnikaarora.com www.varnikaarora.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same
