It is recommended to keep it away from moisture, perfumes and excessive heat, and store it in the protective bag received with purchase when not in use.
NOTE:
No two pieces will be the same owing to the stones’ natural formation. Please allow for these inconsistencies.
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING:
7-10 working days. In case the product ordered is readily available, the same will be shipped within 48- 72 working hours.
RETURNS:
If a piece is damaged in the transition/ logistics by the courrier, only in that case the brand will give a 72 hours window in which replacement will be provided after photo of the product is shared.
Please note that the item can neither be returned nor exchanged.
